If you have recently completed your studies as a nurse, kickstart your career with Brightwater.

Our nine-month graduate nursing program gives you the opportunity to consolidate and develop your clinical and professional practice, supporting your transition from studying to the role of nurse.

Following onboarding and induction, you will be based at one of our residential aged care sites where you will receive a full orientation to the site and to your role as a nurse.

You will be supported by onsite mentors, clinical educators and facilitators - with guidance and support provided by the Transition to Practice Team.

You will also have the opportunity for a rotation with either our home care team or disability services for two weeks.

How to apply for our Graduate Program

Our graduate program runs for a period of 6-9 months (dependent on your pathway), with two intakes throughout the year. Following the program, we encourage you to apply for a permanent position with us.

Applications are taken through WA GradConnect.
