Project Updates

3 May 2024

Our 7 three-bedroom strata homes built to NDIA and SDA standards are at completion. Residents can now appreciate the accessible landscaping designed for social and therapeutic activities, separate facilities for deliveries and laundry, private bedrooms with spacious ensuites, and dedicated storage for equipment.

Our first residents will be moving into the houses on Tuesday 7 May. Many have already completed tours of their new home and have been impressed by the development's substantial natural light, accessible domestic amenities, and space for overnight support staff or visitors.

Nestled within a vibrant suburban setting, Brightwater Piara Waters prioritises our residents' connection to nature, using design concepts to enhance their wellbeing.

Surrounded by green spaces and a shopping area, the development integrates landscape design principles to create multi-sensory garden spaces, each tailored to stimulate various senses and provide a unique experience. With a focus on functionality and care, each bedroom features quality amenities, advanced nurse call systems, and accessibility features, embodying a commitment to comfort, safety, and dignity for all residents.

Check back regularly as we will update this page with the latest news. If you have any questions about the project please don't hesitate to email [email protected]
