Being a Brightwater Volunteer is a unique experience. It's a chance to participate in an exciting and diverse organisation where staff and families are all dedicated to enriching the lives of residents.

You don't need any experience to become a Volunteer at a Brightwater facility, just enthusiasm and a desire to give something back to the community. Volunteering even a small amount of time, talent and energy can have an enormous and direct impact on the lives of others.

Every care is taken to ensure Volunteers are supported every step of the way.

Volunteering activities vary and may include:
•   Arts and crafts
•   Indoor and outdoor sports
•   Companionship Complimentary therapies - reading and chatting with residents
•   Recreational activities - board games and group activities
•   Entertainment - music is popular at all facilities and Volunteers are encouraged to showcase their talents
•   Outings in the community
