  • Physiotherapist and Speech Pathologist, Brightwater At Home

    Part of Brightwater Care Group, Brightwater At Home offers home care and personal support services enabling clients to continue living in their own homes, providing an alternative to admission into residential care. We are currently searching for the following positions to join our team based in Rockingham.

    Physiotherapist

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a flexible, focused and passionate Physiotherapist who enjoys the challenges of a diversified role. This is a permanent position working two days per week providing care to people remaining in their own homes.

    You must have at least three years post graduate experience and possess the ability to approach the role with a view to enhancing function, comfort and quality of life for our clients.

    Current registration with the Physiotherapists Registration Board of Western Australia and a current National Police Clearance is essential to apply. Previous experience in aged care would be a distinct advantage, though not essential.

    Speech Pathologist

    In addition, we are also searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist who is interested in working with people in the community.

    This position is part time, working 8 - 12 hours per week. The role is varied and includes dysphagia management and communication with our clients. You will work as part of an inter-professional team including involvement in staff education and student supervision.

    Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia and a current National Police Clearance are essential to apply.

  • Enrolled Nurse, Brightwater Redcliffe

    We are currently searching for an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Brightwater Redcliffe. This is a casual position working varied hours across Monday to Friday.

    Working as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will provide holistic care to residents living in Aging In Place facility. You will be responsible for the clinical care and assessment for our residents as well as the supervision of care staff.

    A Current National police Clearance and current registration with AHPRA are essential to apply. Experience in aged care is preferred, but not essential.

  • Community Care Coordinator, Brightwater At Home

    Brightwater At Home offers home care and personal support services enabling clients to continue living in their own homes, providing an alternative to admission into residential care.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Care Coordinator to join our team based in Rockingham. This is a permanent full time position working Monday - Friday (office hours) with some flexibility available.

    This varied role will see you coordinating the delivery of services to aged people with high care needs living in the community. The applicant will be experienced in:

    • assessment of care needs,
    • developing support plans,
    • problem solving, and
    • liaising with other health care professionals.

    To apply for this position you must have a current driver’s license and the ability to apply for a National Police Clearance. A health related qualification is preferred although not essential.

  • Enrolled Nurses, Brightwater The Cove

    We are currently searching for Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Brightwater The Cove. There are a variety of part time shifts available on evenings and weekends, as well as casual shifts available.

    Working as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will provide holistic care to residents living in our Ageing in Place facility. You will lead service delivery in high care houses as well as deliver nursing care and acting as a role model to our Multiskilled Care workers.

    A Current National police Clearance, Senior First Aid and current registration with AHPRA is essential to apply. Experience in aged care is preferred although not essential.

  • Registered and Enrolled Nurses, Brightwater At Home

    We currently have two vacancies available within our At Home Services team for both a Registered Nurse to work dayshifts on a Permanent Full Time basis and an Enrolled or Registered Nurse to join us on a Casual basis working predominately on weekends with the occasional weekday relief.

    In this varied role you will work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing holistic care for our clients living within their own homes.

    At Home Services provides a range of services for clients receiving EACH, EACH D and TCC Packages. You will be also be involved in promoting and providing services for our expanding HACC Nursing Services.

    To be successful in your application you will have proven previous experience in Community care, with previous wound care experience being essential.

    All applicants will need to hold a current Australian Drivers Licence as well as a Current National Police Clearance.
