Brightwater Care Group is the Developer and Manager of Kingsway Court. The land is subject to a Retirement Village Act Memorial designating that the land can only be used for retirement village purposes.
To purchase a Lease at Kingsway Court a resident or resident’s spouse or partner must be over 55 years of age and/or permanently retired.
Upon payment of the purchase price, residents are given a Lease for Life Agreement, which will give them exclusive occupancy of the home for their life or for as long as they wish.
