Payroll Assistant - Brightwater House

Description: Brightwater House in Osborne Park, requires a full time Payroll Officer who will work together as part of a small dedicated team on a 12-month contract.

To be considered for this position you will possess the following attributes:

Minimum of two years in a similar position;

• Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail;

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and respond positively to challenges;

• Understand the application of various awards and agreements; and

• Experience with the PayGlobal payroll system is highly regarded.

Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator, the focus of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Brightwater’s large fortnightly payroll, as well as, being accountable for associated responsibilities. This will include, but is not limited to, payroll processing and system maintenance; preparation of monthly audits and reconciliations; payroll reporting; and providing high-level customer service.
