Overview

Brightwater Linen is a business division of the Brightwater Care Group, which provides comprehensive laundry services to clients throughout Western Australia including hospitals, care facilities, hotels and apartments.

Commissioned in 2003, our state-of-the-art facility in Malaga Business Park has been designed and equipped to utilise the latest equipment and technology. This 3500 square metre commercial laundry can cater for a diverse range of linen requirements from standard laundry and client and patient personals, to theatre packs and pre-packs.

Rather than being just a service provider, Brightwater Linen acts as an extension of your business and is committed to providing your total linen solution. We will work with you as a partner to ensure your organisation meets and even exceeds its goals.

Services

Brightwater Linen supplies a range of services from standard laundry to the supply and management of linen stock and associated services.

Our standard service involves the collection, washing, finishing and return of all laundry items. Beyond that we can offer professional advice on special needs items, marking services, major and minor repairs and how best to manage personal items and inventory control. Brightwater Linen is extremely adaptable and can meet the requirements of any organisation.

Safety and Quality

Brightwater Linen has a total commitment to quality and has attained certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000. In addition, Brightwater's quality plan has been put in place to ensure all laundry services meet the relevant Australian Standards including AS 4146 of 2000 in Laundry Practice, AS 3789.1 in General Ward Linen and AS 3789.2 in Theatre Linen and Pre-packs.

Brightwater Linen also has in place a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan established to ensure that all service requirements can be met at all times.
